Job title/Designation - Internship for MBA HR - 6 months - Stipend 10k/month

Roles & Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting and candidate screening.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Support onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Assist in preparing HR reports and analytics.
Help update and implement HR policies and procedures.
Manage and track employee attendance, leave, and timesheets.
Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Support performance management and appraisal processes.
Assist in organizing employee engagement and wellness activities.
Help maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information.
Assist in payroll coordination and documentation.
Participate in HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
Provide administrative support to the HR team as required.
Assist in training and development initiatives for employees.




Support exit and offboarding processes for departing employees.
Help with documentation and compliance during audits.
Assist in maintaining HR dashboards and key performance metrics.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
Any Graduates.
MBA Graduates are preferred.
MBA Students are preferred.
Female candidates are preferred.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a qualified setting.
Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

Internship Details:
Duration: 6 Months
Stipend will be provided to the selected candidate.
Internship Certificate will be provided

Shift Details:

Monday to Friday working days.

Timings : 12.00 pm to 09.00 pm
