Responsible for managing the overall process of functional and visual inspection of the vehicles before dispatch.
Responsible for ensuring stringent checks/ inspections (including that thorough cleaning and washing).
Inspecting all the completed work.
Ensuring all work is properly documented.
Reporting to the Manager in case of any deviations.
Test-drive the vehicle to ensure the vehicle is operating as designed.
Perform in-process testing and inspection to ensure parts and assemblies meet production specifications and standards.
Inspect assemblies/sub-assemblies for proper quality before proceeding to next step in procedure.
Responsible for thoroughly inspects of all finished products following a standardized checklist.
Responsible to maintain record and report any defects, non-conformance or substandard conditions.
Responsible to trains, motivates and coordinates employees to work safely, efficiently and to
Exceptional quality standards.

Education: Graduation (any)

Experience – 3+ years of relevant experience
