SRM Prime Hospital is looking for a dedicated and patient-focused professional to join our Patient Care Services – Outpatient Department.

Position: Patient Care Services – Outpatient
Experience: Minimum 1 year
Location: West Mambalam

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and assist patients throughout the outpatient journey.
Guide patients regarding consultations, investigations, billing and other hospital services.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses and other departments for smooth patient flow.
Address patient queries and provide timely assistance.
Maintain proper patient records and service-related documentation.
Ensure a positive and qualified patient experience.

Candidate Profile
Minimum 1 year of experience in Patient Care Services / Patient Relations / Hospital Front Office / Outpatient Services.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Patient-friendly attitude with positive coordination skills.
Prior experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is preferred.
