finishSelect stones alongside the sourcing team and adapt designs to what the market can actually deliverShould possess robust Jewelry Design and Fashion Jewelry skills, with the ability to create market-relevant collections.What we're looking forA defined aesthetic sensibility, work that looks like it came from someone, not from a categoryRange across a jewellery wardrobe that isn't split by gender, from signets and chains to statement piecesGenuine working knowledge of manufacturing: casting, stone setting, plating, finishing, and what each does to a designDeep understanding and knowledge of market and trends.
