Job description
Coordinate architectural projects from concept design to documentation stages.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and design teams for smooth project coordination.
Prepare and manage project schedules, submissions, and progress tracking.
Coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP drawings for design consistency.
Follow up on authority submissions, approvals, and consultant coordination.
Organize meetings and prepare MOM (Minutes of Meeting) reports.
Maintain project records, drawing revisions, and document control.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers regarding materials and design requirements.
Support project planning, reporting, and overall design coordination activities.
Coordinate interior fit-out projects and ensure smooth workflow between all stakeholders.
Follow up with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely completion of works.




Track project schedules, material deliveries, and work progress updates.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and design teams regarding project requirements.
Monitor pending works and follow up regularly to meet project deadlines.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
Calicut, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:
Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:
