Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems.
Understand customer issues, provide timely solutions, or escalate to technical teams as needed.
Document and track support queries and resolutions in the internal CRM system.
Provide product knowledge and usage guidance to clients.
Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved.
Collaborate with internal departments (development and operations) for issue resolution and process improvement.
Ensure customer satisfaction metrics are met and exceeded.

Qualifications:
You have a degree/ certification in IT and equivalent experience,



plus a passion for technology and customer service.
Previous experience in customer support or a related role—bonus points for IT industry/Transport/ Logistics experience!
You possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal,with a customer-first mindset and talent for explaining complex concepts simply.
A problem-solver at heart, you thrive on challenges and have a keen eye for detail.
Familiarity with support ticketing systems and CRM software is a plus.
