*Guide operators and production workers to achieve daily production targets.
Prevent production delays and ensure schedules are met.
Ensure material availability and coordinate manufacturing activities.
Conduct in-process inspections as per the Quality Assurance Plan.
Maintain process control charts and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of equipment and machinery.
Coordinate the qualification of welders and welding procedures.
Ensure adherence to welding standards and work instructions.
Provide machine operators with the required drawings and work instructions.
Maintain and update process documentation.
Establish, implement, and maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS) within the defined scope.
Ensure IMS policies are documented, communicated,



and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
Identify and address internal and external factors affecting production efficiency.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Collaborate with Planning, Engineering, and Procurement teams to ensure smooth production operations.

Preferred candidate profile

*Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering.
Certifications in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or related fields will be an added advantage.

*Solid knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, and quality standards.
