We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of experience in managing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer retention.
Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and feedback.
Identify and resolve customer concerns or complaints in a timely manner.
Analyze customer needs and offer suitable products/services.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer service and overall experience.
Monitor and report on customer satisfaction and retention metrics.
Assist in onboarding current clients and provide continuous support to ensure their success.





Qualifications:
At least 6 months of experience in customer service, account management, or a related field.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to manage challenging situations.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
A positive attitude and a solid commitment to customer satisfaction.
