Job Responsibilities
Contract Preparation: Prepare contracts, including detailed quantities of required materials.
Cost Analysis: Conduct ongoing cost analysis of maintenance and repair work.
Feasibility Studies: Perform feasibility studies for client requests and project requirements.
Payment Coordination: Analyze completed work and arrange payments to contractors.
Work Allocation: Allocate upcoming work to contractors based on project requirements.
Site Assessments: Conduct site visits, assessments, and projections for future work.
Value Engineering:



Apply value engineering techniques to optimize cost, quality, and performance.

Job Qualifications

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills across all organizational levels.
Technical Software Skills: Experience working with AutoCAD and related tools.
