Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced professional to manage and deliver Integrated Command & Control Centre (ICCC), City Surveillance and Security Solution projects. The candidate will be responsible for project execution, technology integration, vendor management, cost control, risk management and ensuring timely delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities

Manage implementation and operations of ICCC and City Surveillance Solutions*.
Handle VMS, IP CCTV, AI-based Video Analytics, FRS and ANPR* solutions.
Coordinate Emergency Response Systems* and integrated security platforms.
Manage LAN/WAN/MPLS/OFC networking* and system integration activities.
Coordinate with clients, technology partners, vendors and internal teams.
Ensure budget, cost control and project timelines* are maintained.
Manage vendor selection, contracts, deliverables and performance.




Identify project risks and ensure compliance with security and operational standards*.
Monitor system performance, SLA adherence and service quality.
Prepare project reports, MIS, progress updates and management presentations.
Ensure cybersecurity fundamentals and data protection practices are followed.
Required Skills

Robust knowledge of ICCC, City Surveillance and VMS*.
Understanding of CCTV, FRS, ANPR and AI Video Analytics*.
Knowledge of Networking LAN/WAN/MPLS/OFC*.
Good understanding of Cybersecurity and system integration*.
Robust Project Management, Budgeting and Cost Control* skills.
Vendor & Contract Management experience.
Excellent communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills.
Solid analytical, problem-solving and risk management abilities.
Qualification

Bachelors degree in Engineering / IT / Computer Science / Electronics / relevant field. PMP/Prince2 or similar project management certification will be an added advantage.
