About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and people-oriented Counsellor to be the first point of contact for students and parents. The role involves student counselling, course enquiries, admissions, enrolment, follow-ups, CRM management and student support, while contributing to enrolment and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents and understand their learning requirements.
Provide information on music courses, programmes and enrolment.
Handle enquiries through calls, walk-ins, website and other channels.
Follow up with prospective students and support lead conversion and enrolment.
Maintain enquiry and follow-up records through CRM.
Support students, parents and educators and ensure a positive student experience.
Assist with school programmes, events and student-related activities.
Handle initial student/teacher grievances and coordinate timely resolution.
Achieve enrolment,
sales and revenue targets.
Prepare and maintain reports on enrolments, fee payments and related activities.
Build a rewarding career in music education, student engagement and academic counselling, while working with students, parents and educators in a skilled learning workplace.
