Role Overview
The Field Executive will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing four-wheeler spare parts from vendors and dealers, along with ensuring their timely pickup and delivery to the workshop.
Key Responsibilities
Source and identify vendors/dealers for four-wheeler spare parts.
Check spare-part availability, pricing, and sourcing options.
Visit vendors to purchase and collect required spare parts.
Ensure timely delivery of spare parts to the workshop.
Coordinate with workshop teams and vendors for urgent requirements.
Maintain basic records of purchases, bills, and vendor details.
Requirements
Knowledge of four-wheeler spare parts is preferred.
Experience in purchasing, vendor sourcing, or field operations.
Comfortable with extensive field travel.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
