Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative DTP Operator to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality layouts and designs for print and digital media using desktop publishing software. The ideal candidate must be proficient in design tools and have a keen eye for detail, layout, and typography.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and format documents, brochures, catalogs, advertisements, flyers, newsletters, reports, and other print or digital materials.

Work with graphic designers, editors, and marketing teams to ensure final output meets brand guidelines and quality standards.

Input text and images into templates using software such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, or QuarkXPress.

Ensure accuracy in formatting, alignment, spacing, color correction, and file resolution.

Make corrections and revisions as needed based on client or team feedback.





Prepare files for final output (print-ready PDFs, digital formats, etc.).

Maintain and organize digital file systems and backups.

Ensure projects are completed on time and meet production standards.

Collaborate with print vendors or in-house printing departments to ensure file compatibility.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience as a DTP Operator or in a similar role.

Proficiency in desktop publishing software: Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, MS Office (Word, PowerPoint).

Basic knowledge of printing processes and formats.

Solid attention to detail, layout, and typography.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Valuable communication and teamwork skills.
