Key Responsibilities:-
SPOC for the LoB to address requirements from ORM, Audit, Compliance, Operations, Data Privacy, and Technology teams; coordinate discussions and documentation for process enhancements.
Draft and manage Incentive Policies, SOPs, and process notes; obtain necessary approvals for implementation.
Track business performance, non-performance, and incentive payouts.
Maintain data, MIS, and documentation to support AOP planning and policy modifications.
Prepare reports, presentations, and notes for stakeholders, along with analysis and recommendations for process improvements.
Provide data and documentation in required formats for reviews, audits, and management discussions.
Track real estate market trends, industry developments,



and relevant news; prepare proposals for product, policy, and process enhancements.

Role Requirements: -
Education: Graduate/ Post-Graduate
Experience: 3+ years of experience in Banking/ NBFC
Robust analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MIS reporting.
