PrepNxt is a fast-growing EdTech platform helping students and specialists build industry-ready skills in DevOps, Cloud, Automation Testing, AI and other in-demand technologies. We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Business Development Associates to drive student enrollments and business growth.

Roles & Responsibilities
Connect with prospective students through calls, emails, WhatsApp and online meetings.
Understand learner requirements and recommend suitable training programs.
Counsel students regarding career opportunities, course benefits and learning paths.
Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns.
Convert qualified leads into enrollments.
Maintain accurate lead records in CRM.
Achieve weekly and monthly enrollment targets.
Build robust relationships with prospective learners and provide an excellent counseling experience.
Coordinate with the operations and support teams for smooth onboarding.

Required Skills




Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Target-oriented mindset with a passion for sales.
Ability to build rapport and handle objections effectively.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage.
Self-motivated and eager to learn.

Eligibility
Any Graduate (Freshers can apply).
0–1 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Counseling or EdTech.
Strong English communication skills.
Experience in EdTech sales is a plus.
