Role & responsibilities :
Production Management • Execute daily production plans as per PPC requirements. • Monitor

production output and ensure achievement of shift and daily targets. • Coordinate manpower

allocation based on production requirements. • Ensure smooth material flow and machine

availability.
Safety & Compliance • Maintain a protected working setting and ensure compliance with EHS

requirements. • Conduct daily safety observations and corrective actions. • Ensure operators

follow standard operating procedures and work instructions.
Quality Control • Ensure adherence to quality standards and process parameters. • Monitor

defects, rejections, and rework activities. • Support root cause analysis and implementation of

corrective actions. • Drive zero-defect and customer satisfaction initiatives.
Productivity & Cost Improvement • Monitor manpower productivity and line efficiency. • Identify

and implement productivity improvement projects. • Reduce downtime, scrap,



overtime, and

process waste. • Support Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement activities.
Team Management • Supervise operators and team leaders during shifts. • Conduct daily shift

meetings and performance reviews. • Train and develop team members on process and quality

requirements. • Maintain discipline, attendance, and workforce engagement.
Inventory & SAP Control • Ensure accurate material transactions in SAP. • Monitor inventory

movement and production consumption. • Coordinate with Stores and Planning teams to avoid

shortages and excess inventory.
Reporting & Communication • Prepare daily production reports and KPI updates. • Escalate

production, quality, maintenance, or material issues promptly. • Coordinate with Maintenance,

Quality, PPC, Stores, and Engineering departments.
