Job Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, searching for the right talent for our global clients using mapping & head-hunting tools, professional networks, job sites, and databases. You must have skills in understanding the business, which helps you in identifying potential specialists for various business and clients.

This role requires the urge, zeal, drive and pursuit a dream career opportunity.

Role & Experience:




Understanding clients business for better knowledge of their manpower need.
Screening candidates profiles as per clients requirements and conducting preliminary interviews of candidates for various levels
Constants connect with hiring/HR managers to preview the growth each requirements & future need.
Send recruiting emails and follow up with candidates
Taking initiatives to have robust qualified network
Scheduling interviews of candidates with clients.
Coordinating meetings with clients.
Building and maintaining database of candidates and requirements of clients.
Identifying and acquiring new business opportunities Networking with key decision makers
Revenue Generation for your own desk & KPI Targets
Market Research of niche market.
Marketing & Selling opportunities to the clients & candidates Search Assignments

Candidate Preference:
Superior interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to present on subject matter
Positive & Go getter attitude/approach
Strong social media understanding & implementing a cross market strategic approach
