Position : Accounts Executive
Location:- Bangalore, Karnataka
Days and Time:- Monday to Saturday:- 10 AM to 6:30 PM

Purpose of Job
1.To Maintain Accounts of the company
To Maintain Tax Compliance of the Company
To Improve our Accounting systems
To Monitor, Track and Supervise day to day account related activities
5.To Implement systems for collecting, analysing, verifying and reporting information

Eligibility Criteria
BCom Graduate and CA [ Advantage]
Minimum of 4 years of experience in accountancy, it is advantageous to have worked in an audit firm
Positive Command of English, Hindi and Kannada. Other Indian Languages like Tamil/Telegu would be an added advantage
Has Experience in Statutory Compliances i.e Direct and Indirect Taxes
Must have a solid desire to learn and the ability to adapt
Ability to act competently when necessarily

Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including:




Month and end-year process
Accounts payable/receivable
Cash and Bank Books
General ledger
Payroll and utilities
Statutory Compliance work: - GST 1, GSTR 2B reconciliation, GSTR 3B, GSTR 9
TDS, ESI and PF
Organized maintenance of accounts
Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
Coordinate and complete annual audits
Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions
Payment-related activities - Sundry debtors and Sundry Creditors
Financial Year closing activities
Storage of Documents and maintenance of files.
