We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Care Coordinator to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for patients, manage patient documentation, assist with minor clinical procedures, and ensure smooth coordination of care. This role requires a foundational understanding of medical terminology and positive computer literacy and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary liaison between patients, providers, and the healthcare team to ensure a seamless care experience.
Handle patient intake and maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
Perform minor procedures such as wound care, dressing changes, and other basic clinical tasks under supervision.
Schedule patient appointments,



coordinate follow-ups, and communicate care instructions.
Use electronic health record (EHR) systems to input, retrieve, and manage patient information.
Understand and appropriately use basic medical terminology in communication and documentation.
Provide administrative support as needed, including answering phones and processing forms.
Adhere to clinical protocols and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications:

BAMS/ BHMS/ Degree in Physician Assistant/ MBBS

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
