Key Responsibilities:
Receive incoming raw materials, packaging materials and finished goods as per purchase orders.
Verify quantity and quality of materials in coordination with the QC department.
Maintain proper storage conditions as per FMCG and food safety standards (FIFO/FEFO method).
Ensure accurate entry of stock in ERP/Tally/Excel systems.
Monitor daily stock levels and inform management about shortages or excess inventory.
Prepare GRN (Goods Receipt Note), issue slips and stock transfer documents.
Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of store records.
Coordinate with purchase, production, and dispatch departments for smooth workflow.
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and pest control compliance in the store area.
Handle return materials and damaged stock as per company procedure.
