Job Role Purpose & Objective: (Brief summary for the existence of the job role)

To drive growth in the banks Retail & MSME Asset portfolio by sourcing and managing customers for secured/ unsecured business loans, while ensuring strict adherence to RBI regulations, internal credit policies, and audit/compliance standards.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE

Source and acquire customers for secured/ unsecured loan

products in line with bank policies.

Achieve assigned disbursement, login, and productivity targets.

Conduct preliminary credit assessment, income evaluation, and

eligibility checks.

Ensure quality sourcing aligned with the banks risk appetite.

Manage end-to-end loan origination from sourcing to

disbursement.

Ensure 100% compliance with RBI guidelines, KYC/AML norms,

and Fair Practice Code.

Coordinate with Credit, Risk, Legal, Technical, and Operations

teams.

Maintain accurate documentation and audit-ready records.

Build and manage robust customer relationships for repeat

business.

Monitor portfolio performance and support early delinquency

management.





Cross-sell CASA and other bank products to enhance customer

value.

Manage and activate DSA/channel relationships.

Track TATs and ensure timely resolution of customer queries.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS OF KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

Knowledge of secured/ unsecured loans basic credit appraisal.

Understanding of banking processes, loan documentation, and

origination flow.

Awareness of RBI guidelines, KYC/AML norms, and Fair

Practices Code.

Robust sales, customer relationship, and communication skills.

Ability to work in a target-driven, field-oriented role.

Basic proficiency in CRM/LOS systems and MS Office.

Competency & Skills Required

Robust understanding of credit policies and banking processes

Knowledge of RBI regulations (KYC, AML, Fair Practices Code)

Sales orientation with target-driven approach

Financial analysis & documentation skills
