Detailed expectations from the role:
Load forecasting: The candidate shall have experience of load forecasting for power utilities in

India. He / She shall possess fair understanding of parameters impacting demand patterns in
different scenarios.
Power Scheduling & Optimization: Sound regulatory as well as technical competence is

expected from the candidate in the field of power scheduling and its optimization through standard
practices.
Power Procurement: The candidate shall have expertise in the power procurement and

associated regulatory provisions.
Trading: The candidate must have hands on experience of power trading in power utilities through

various modes like energy exchanges etc.

Analytics: The candidate is expected to provide Descriptive, Diagnostic, Predictive, Prescriptive

analytics using state of the start IT based products including MS Excel (Advanced), Python etc. in
the form of creative and aesthetic outputs in the form of MS Word-MS Power Point-Power BI etc.
Client Support: Supporting the Client in activities related to energy trading as well as associated

metrics as per requirement.
Must be open to working in Consulting setting.
