Roles and Responsibilities :
Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions via phone calls.
Process customer requests for products or services through blended processes (semi-voice).
Provide excellent communication skills to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
Job Requirements :
Freshers with no prior experience in BPO industry can apply.
Excellent communication skills with ability to handle domestic BPO voice processes.
Proficiency in CSE, CCA, Customer Care, Customer Handling, Voice Processing, Voice Support roles.
