Primary Responsibilities:
Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP TSW (Traders and Schedulers Workbench).
Manage TSW Master Data, Nomination Planning & Execution, SPC (Stock Projection Worksheet), Ticketing, and integration with IMOS and Cargo Value.
Oversee logistics execution, including cargo chartering, vessel operations, freight handling, payables/receivables, demurrage, and voyage chartering.
Configure and manage shipment scheduling and port line-up activities.
Plan and optimize bulk cargo operations, including SWAP, trans-shipment, inter-company sales, and bulk procurement/sales.
Configure and support EDI systems for inbound data exchange with suppliers and 3PL providers.
Map and configure EDI transactions such as purchase orders, invoices, and advance shipment notices for seamless integration.
Ensure cross-functional integration with modules like MM, FI, PM, SD, PP, LE, WH, QM, and PS.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
8 to 10 years of SAP TSW experience with a robust focus on logistics planning and execution.
Proven leadership experience in SAP TSW projects.
Solid hands-on expertise in:
TSW Master Data
End-to-end Nomination Planning & Execution
SPC, Ticketing, IMOS Integration
Cargo Chartering & Voyage Operations




Demurrage Calculation & Optimization
Experience in integrating SAP TSW with IMOS and Cargo Value platforms.
Deep understanding of bulk logistics processes and supply chain operations.
Proficiency in SAP MM and its interactions with FI, PM, SD, PP, LE, WH, QM, PS modules.
Good understanding of EDI mapping and configuration for supply chain and logistics.
Familiarity with ABAP programming and technical aspects of integration.

Secondary Skills (Nice to Have):
Experience with container logistics, multi-modal shipments, courier, LCL, and air shipments.
Understanding of key supply chain processes and logistics operations in the bulk commodity domain.
Technical knowledge in SAP ABAP, interface development, and integration tools.

Additional Requirements:
Must hold a valid Indian passport with at least 6 months of validity.
Open to working onsite in Bangalore.
Robust leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
