Role & responsibilities
Plan and manage cold room installation projects.
Supervise installation and site teams.
Coordinate materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
Ensure work is completed on time and within budget.
Monitor installation quality and safety standards.
Coordinate refrigeration, electrical, and control works.
Conduct testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
Communicate with clients and provide project updates.
Prepare site reports and project documentation.
Manage final inspection and client handover.
Preferred candidate profile
3+ years experience in cold room/refrigeration installation
Technical knowledge of refrigeration and HVAC systems
Valuable team management and communication skills
Ability to read drawings and manage site work
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Refrigeration, or related field
