Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Travel Consultant to join our team. The candidate should have hands-on experience in air ticketing and handling domestic & international tour packages.

Key Responsibilities
Handle domestic and international flight ticket bookings, cancellations, rescheduling and amendments.
Prepare and sell domestic & international tour packages based on customer requirements.
Understand customer travel needs and recommend suitable destinations, itineraries and packages.
Prepare quotations, itineraries and package proposals.
Coordinate with hotels, DMCs, transport providers and other travel partners.
Handle customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email and walk-ins.
Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
Coordinate visa requirements and provide basic visa assistance information.
Maintain booking records, customer details and payment follow-ups.
Ensure smooth coordination with customers before and during their trip.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Requirements




Minimum 1 year of experience in travel ticketing and tour packages.
Experience in both domestic and international travel is preferred.
Good knowledge of flight booking procedures, travel destinations and tour packages.
Experience with GDS / airline booking systems is an advantage.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Ability to create quotations and customized itineraries.
Good knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Freshers are not preferred; candidates with relevant travel-industry experience will be given priority.
