Experience 7+ years of Total Experience and at least 2 Years as a Scrum Master

Location Chennai.

Roles and Responsibilities
Maintain Azure DevOps boards and dashboards to track features, user stories, and defects accurately.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog prioritization, daily stand-ups, sprint closure, end-user demos, and release planning.
Share regular sprint progress updates with business stakeholders.
Ensure engineering team features are refined, solution-ready, and prepared for development.
Identify and remove impediments that could impact delivery of a releasable product increment.
Lead sprint retrospectives and ensure improvement actions are tracked through completion.
Monitor Agile metrics, including velocity, burndown, cycle time, defect trends, predictability, and team capacity.




Coordinate cross-team dependencies, delivery risks, and blockers across business, engineering, QA, release, and Salesforce platform teams.
Support release readiness by coordinating sprint deliverables, testing progress, stakeholder approvals, and deployment preparation.
Apply solid planning, organization, systems thinking, Agile practices, and Scrum values.
Scrum Master certification is preferred.
Use critical thinking to solve complex problems and identify broader prospects.
Demonstrate solid coaching, facilitation, teaching, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
Must have prior Salesforce exposure and experience managing Salesforce projects.
