Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage business data, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making. The ideal candidate should possess excellent Excel skills, strong analytical abilities, and the capability to maintain accurate records and reports.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Collect, organize, and validate data from multiple departments.
Generate reports and dashboards for management review.
Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting.
Create and maintain Excel trackers and automated reports.
Support HR, Sales, Operations, and Management with ad-hoc reports.
Coordinate with different teams to gather and verify data.




Maintain proper documentation and data records.

Required Skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, Conditional Formatting, Charts).
Good knowledge of Google Sheets.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Positive communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to handle and analyze large datasets.
Basic knowledge of Power BI, SQL, or Excel Macros is an added advantage.

Eligibility
Bachelor's degree in B.Com, BBA, BCA, B.Sc., BA, or any relevant discipline.
Freshers with excellent Excel skills are welcome to apply.
0–2 years of experience in MIS, Data Analysis, Reporting, or similar roles is preferred.

Preferred Candidate

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹31,562.34 per month
