Monitor system performance and assist in troubleshooting.
Help resolve hardware/software issues and train users.

Qualifications:
Fresh graduates or students pursuing IT/CS degrees.




Basic understanding of email systems and IT asset management.
Eagerness to learn and solid communication skills.
