Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Oracle HCM/HRIS Consultant with 7+ years of overall experience and strong hands-on expertise in Oracle HCM/HRIS systems. The candidate should have a robust combination of functional and technical knowledge and must currently be based in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements
7+ years of experience in HRIS/HCM systems, with solid hands-on expertise in Oracle HCM.
Strong experience in Oracle HCM configuration, implementation, enhancements, reporting, and production support.
Act as a key liaison between HR/business stakeholders and technical teams to understand, analyze, and deliver HR system requirements.
Strong understanding of HR business processes, employee lifecycle, HR data management, and system integrations.




Experience in gathering requirements, performing functional analysis, preparing solution designs, and supporting system enhancements.
Ability to troubleshoot Oracle HCM issues and coordinate with technical teams for effective resolution.
Experience with HRIS integrations, interfaces, data migration, and reporting.
Experience with ADP integrations or similar payroll/HR platforms will be an added advantage.
Robust stakeholder management, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to independently manage HR technology initiatives and work with cross-functional teams.

Mandatory Criteria
7+ years of relevant experience.
Strong Oracle HCM/HRIS expertise.
Current location must be Bangalore.
