Production Supervisor

Key Responsibilities
Plan and supervise daily production activities to achieve targets and delivery timelines.
Prepare production schedules based on orders, manpower, machinery, and material availability.
Monitor and maintain inventory levels of raw materials, components, and finished goods.
Ensure timely availability of materials and coordinate with the stores/purchase team.
Check and maintain accurate measurements, dimensions, and product specifications.
Read and understand mechanical drawings and technical specifications.
Supervise workers and ensure proper utilization of manpower and machinery.
Monitor production quality, material wastage, machine downtime, and overall productivity.
Maintain daily production, inventory, and quality reports.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Purchase, and Stores departments for smooth operations.




Identify production issues and take corrective actions to maintain efficiency and quality.
Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience in production/manufacturing supervision; freshers are not eligible.

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in production/manufacturing supervision preferred.
Solid knowledge of mechanical machinery, components, tools, and manufacturing processes.
Valuable knowledge of measurement instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Measuring Tape, etc.
Valuable understanding of production planning, inventory management, and quality control.
Robust leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
