Job Overview

We are looking for an IT Support professional responsible for providing end-user support, maintaining IT infrastructure, troubleshooting hardware/software and network issues, and managing IT assets and user accounts.

Key Responsibilities
Provide IT support to employees for hardware, software, system, and application-related issues.
Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
Manage and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, internet, and network connectivity issues.
Monitor and maintain computer systems, networks, and IT infrastructure.
Troubleshoot system issues by managing configurations, settings, permissions, and user access.
Create and manage user login accounts, email IDs, and access for new employees.
Maintain accurate IT hardware and asset inventory.
Handle and resolve IT support tickets/requests within defined timelines.
Provide end-user support and network troubleshooting.
Support Microsoft Office 365 and common workplace applications.
Maintain basic documentation of IT issues, solutions, assets,



and configurations.
Coordinate with vendors/service providers for hardware, software, and network-related requirements.
Follow IT security, access control, and company IT policies.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
Positive knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
Hands-on experience with LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, networking, and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of computer hardware, software installation, printers, and scanners.
Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and analytical skills.
Basic understanding of Cloud Computing Microsoft Azure, GCP, etc.
Knowledge of IT asset management and inventory control.

Positive to Have
Experience with Active Directory / Microsoft Entra ID.
Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, VPN, TCP/IP.
Experience with IT helpdesk/ticketing tools.
Basic knowledge of cloud services and cybersecurity.
