Key Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Solid interpersonal and convincing abilities.
Comfortable communicating with candidates over the phone.
Good research and sourcing capabilities.
Basic understanding of IT concepts and technologies would be an advantage.
Familiarity with LinkedIn/job portals is preferred.
Solid follow-up and organizational skills.
Willingness to learn the US IT staffing and recruitment process.
Ability to work in a target-oriented and fast-paced environment.
Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
