Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for vehicle sales.
Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
Generate new business opportunities and maintain solid customer relationships.
Manage showroom walk-ins, customer inquiries, and sales conversions.
Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective customers to maximize sales.
Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Coordinate with the finance, insurance, and registration teams for smooth vehicle delivery.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Implement sales strategies and promotional campaigns to increase business.
