Position : Civil & Structural Engineer(NHAI Engineers)

Roles and Responsibilities

Design & Analysis:

Prepare and review structural designs for bridges, culverts, flyovers, retaining walls, and other highway structures.

Ensure designs comply with relevant IRC, MORTH, and IS codes.

Site Supervision:

Supervise structural works at site including foundations, substructure, and superstructure.

Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.

Quality Control:

Monitor quality of materials such as concrete, steel, and aggregates.

Coordinate with quality engineers and laboratories for testing and inspection.

Technical Coordination:

Coordinate with project managers,



consultants, and NHAI officials regarding structural issues.

Provide technical solutions for design changes and site difficulties.

Documentation:

Maintain structural design calculations, drawings, and site records.

Prepare reports, inspection notes, and compliance documents required by NHAI.

Safety Compliance:

Ensure structural works follow safety standards and project guidelines.

Progress Monitoring:

Track structural work progress and ensure completion within project timelines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
