Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion CX Consultant / Lead with solid hands-on expertise across Oracle Fusion Sales, Fusion Service, Enterprise Contracts and Oracle CPQ, with proven experience in implementation, configuration, integration, production support and Redwood transformation.

The candidate will be responsible for leading CX solution design and delivery across the complete Lead-to-Cash / Quote-to-Contract / Customer Service lifecycle, working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and Oracle.

The role requires strong knowledge of Oracle's quarterly release model, Redwood adoption, application modernization, and the transition from Classic CX capabilities to the current Redwood experience. Oracle's current guidance positions Redwood as the primary experience for Sales and Service and requires customers to transition before the 27A update.

Required Skills & Experience
8–12+ years of Oracle CRM/CX experience, with significant Fusion Cloud experience.




Strong hands-on experience in Fusion Sales, Fusion Service, and Enterprise Contracts.
Solid experience in Oracle CPQ implementation and support.
Proven experience with Redwood UX implementation/migration.
Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion security, roles, workflows, approvals, and configuration.
Experience with integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, and enterprise application architecture.
Strong understanding of Lead-to-Cash, Quote-to-Cash and Contract Lifecycle Management.
Experience in Oracle quarterly release assessment and upgrade readiness.
Excellent stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and communication skills.
Oracle CX/CPQ certifications would be an advantage.

Preferred Profile:

A solution-oriented CX professional who can independently lead business discussions, translate requirements into scalable Oracle Fusion solutions, drive implementation and support activities, and act as a trusted advisor for Oracle CX, CPQ, and Redwood transformation.
