We are looking for a skilled and passionate DCDP to join our kitchen team. The role involves assisting in daily kitchen operations, maintaining food quality and consistency, and ensuring smooth service during operational hours.

Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare and plate dishes according to café recipes and presentation standards
Assist CDP and kitchen team during prep and service hours
Maintain consistency in taste, portioning, and plating
Ensure hygiene and cleanliness of kitchen stations at all times
Handle mise en place and prep for daily operations
Monitor stock levels and inform seniors about shortages
Follow food safety and kitchen SOPs
Minimize wastage and maintain ingredient freshness
Assist in receiving and storing kitchen supplies properly
Work efficiently during rush hours while maintaining quality standards

Requirements




Previous experience as Commis I / DCDP in café, restaurant, or hospitality kitchens preferred
Basic understanding of continental café-style food preparation, unique experimental bread based dishes.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced kitchen workplace
Team player with a positive attitude
Knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards
Passion for food, presentation, and quality

Preferred Skills
Experience with sandwiches, breakfast plating, pasta, grills, or café mains
Understanding of kitchen prep management
Ability to maintain speed without compromising presentation

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
