Role & responsibilities
To analyze incident reports and do RCA and CAPA and report to the HOD.
To assess the Training needs of HIC Practices identification of their and timely Updation of the same to the ICN and incorporate in CNE.
To analyse incharges and supervisors training need in coordination with Nursing superintendent and implementing the same.
Taking rounds in the hospital regularly to assess and analyze the nursing services rendered
Meeting Patients and Relatives to seek feedback to know the needs and filling the gaps and to improvises the services
Preferred candidate profile
Candidate must have experience as Nurse Educator for minimum 1 year.
Preferring candidate with Immediate joining.
