About the Role

We are looking for a high-energy, target-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth in the US market. We need a true hunter and doer who can identify opportunities, open new doors, build strong client relationships, and convert prospects into new logos.

Key Responsibilities
Identify current client requirements and business opportunities in the US market.
Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, and referrals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, hiring managers, HR, and procurement teams.
Arrange and conduct client meetings, presentations, and discovery calls.
Pitch our IT Staffing, Recruitment, and Workforce Solutions.
Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting meeting proposal negotiation closure.
Acquire current clients and consistently build the sales pipeline.
Understand client requirements and work closely with the recruitment/delivery team to fulfill them.
Maintain accurate CRM records, sales activity, pipeline, and forecasts.




Develop long-term relationships and expand business within acquired accounts.

What We're Looking For
Proven experience in US Business Development / Sales.
Experience in IT Staffing, Recruitment, IT Services, or Consulting preferred.
Demonstrated success in bringing recent logos and generating revenue.
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Solid understanding of US business culture and client engagement.
Comfortable with cold calling and proactive outreach.
Highly persistent, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
