Role Overview

The role is focused on designing, implementing, customizing, and supporting Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Guides solutions for enterprise technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end AEM Guides solution design and implementation.
Configure and customize AEM Guides Web Editor, templates, publishing profiles, metadata, permissions, and workflows.
Define DITA information architecture including topics, maps, conref/keyref reuse strategies, and structured authoring standards.
Design and implement publishing pipelines for HTML5, PDF, and DITA-OT outputs.
Work with documentation, product, engineering, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into AEM Guides solutions.
Drive content governance,



publishing reliability, platform stability, and continuous improvements.
Manage stakeholder communication and collaboration.

Required Skills
Solid hands-on expertise in AEM Guides.
Robust hands-on experience with DITA.
Experience with XML Add-On.
Hands-on experience with AEM Guides Web Editor.
Experience with templates, publishing profiles, metadata, permissions, and workflows.
Robust understanding of DITA information architecture.
Experience with topics, maps, conref/keyref reuse strategies, and structured authoring standards.
Experience with HTML5, PDF, and DITA-OT publishing pipelines.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
