Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Network Operations Engineer with strong expertise in Service Provider technologies, routing protocols, MPLS, and large-scale network settings. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating, troubleshooting, implementing, and supporting mission-critical IP/MPLS infrastructure across multi-vendor environments including Cisco, Nokia, and Juniper platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor, operate, and troubleshoot large-scale IP/MPLS networks.

Resolve complex routing and switching issues involving BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, and MPLS.

Perform network implementation, migration, and service provisioning activities.

Support L2VPN, L3VPN, MPLS LDP, and MPLS Traffic Engineering services.

Configure and troubleshoot Segment Routing (SR-MPLS/SRv6) deployments.

Participate in network maintenance activities and change management processes.

Analyze network incidents and perform root cause analysis.





Work closely with engineering and architecture teams to improve network performance and reliability.

Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and network diagrams.

Ensure adherence to SLA and operational excellence standards.

Required Skills

Strong understanding of BGP (iBGP/eBGP).

Solid knowledge of OSPF and IS-IS.

Hands-on MPLS LDP experience.

Experience with L2VPN and L3VPN services.

Knowledge of routing concepts including Static Routing, PBR, RIB, and FIB.

Experience with Cisco IOS-XR platforms.

Solid troubleshooting and incident management skills.

Preferred Skills

MPLS Traffic Engineering (RSVP-TE).

Segment Routing (SR-MPLS/SRv6).

Multicast and Multicast VPN.

Python scripting and network automation.

Git/GitHub.

Cisco ASR9K, ASR9xx, NCS55xx platforms.

Nokia SR OS and Juniper JunOS
