AI/ML Engineer

Role- Contractual

6+ years with a masters degree or equivalent, or 9+ years of experience with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent •Robust passion for solving problems and finding patterns and insights within structured and unstructured data. Industry experience in leveraging AI techniques on real-world large data sets. •Proven knowledge of AI techniques such as Bayesian methods, Clustering, Ensemble tree models, NLP, etc., with an excellent grasp of statistical concepts and methods •Prior work in NLP and GenAI (RAG, LLM-based agents) •Robust knowledge of hands-on practice in Python. Familiarity with popular machine learning libraries and frameworks such as scikit-learn, Hugging Face,



PyTorch and TensorFlow •Comfortable with pulling and manipulating data using SQL and PySpark •Familiarity with MLOps concepts: CI/CD for ML, monitoring, online inference •Valuable written and oral communication skills, including the ability to communicate across business areas and increase overall knowledge across the organization •Some infrastructure knowledge (AWS, Kubernetes) and cost-awareness are a plus •Experience with writing production ready code for both model deployments and data pipelines, as well as thorough (Gen AI) models/systems performance evaluation
