Year of Experience Required :
5 - 8 years of Manufacturing or Service Operations
Shop floor or operations experience would be an advantage

Job Role :
Consultant would be independently working on consulting assignments that revolves around operations improvement, profitability improvement, process re-engineering, digital transformation
Consultant would independently work on consulting engagements with the support of able senior consultants to start with.
However, he/she would deliver independently after initial settle down period.
Consultants would be encouraged to work on business development (to identify and bring current clients on board).
However, this is not an expectation in initial 2 years of association.

Location : - Bangalore-But candidate will work from client location. 100% on site, no work from home possible when on client assignment. If work demands travel outside Bangalore, candidate should be adaptable. All travel and stay expenses outside Bangalore would be borne by the company
