Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and operational management software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Solid organizational and multitasking skills.

Job Responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing operational strategies.
Oversee daily operational activities and ensure they align with the companys objectives.
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of various processes and workflows.




Identify areas for improvement in operational processes.
Develop and implement process optimization initiatives.
Monitor the impact of implemented changes and adjust strategies as necessary.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations.
Communicate effectively with team members and management.
Monitor order status and resolve any issues related to delays, cancellations, or returns.
Manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
Implement inventory control procedures to maintain accurate stock records.
Work with shipping carriers and logistics partners to optimize delivery routes and costs.
Collaborate with the customer service team to address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
Maintain relationships by supporting suppliers and vendors.
