Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on AI Architect to lead a Forward Deployed Engineering team and build enterprise-grade AI solutions. The ideal candidate should have solid full-stack, Generative AI, cloud, architecture, and people leadership experience, with the ability to convert business problems into scalable AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor the FDE engineering team and own delivery outcomes.
Design and develop LLM, RAG, and multi-agent AI solutions.
Work directly with business and customer stakeholders to understand requirements and build rapid prototypes.
Develop secure APIs, data pipelines, and enterprise system integrations.
Drive architecture, technical decisions, and production deployment of AI solutions.
Lead technical demos and communicate solutions to senior stakeholders.

Required Skills
8+ years of experience in Software Engineering, AI/ML, or Full Stack Architecture.




Robust hands-on experience with Python, Java, TypeScript/Node.js, or equivalent.
Expertise in LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and Agentic AI.
Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, and MLOps.
Strong system design, architecture, and API integration experience.
Proven experience leading and mentoring engineering teams.

Preferred Skills
Experience in Forward Deployed Engineering, consulting, or customer-facing technology roles.
Experience with LangChain/LangGraph or similar AI frameworks.
Solid business acumen and stakeholder management skills.
Experience presenting solutions to senior leadership/C-suite.
Experience working in fast-paced incubation or product environments.
