Objective: Responsible for overseeing and managing the mechanical maintenance activities, ensuring the
effective and reliable operation of mechanical equipment and systems, contributing to the overall performance and productivity
Ensure running of equipment, boiler, turbine, and other auxiliary equipment.
Ensure full load operation by optimizing auxiliary consumption & maintaining operating parameters.
Forecast spares required to maintain and operate the plant without any halt and development of spares indigenously.
Manage daily operations and ensure safety-related norms to avoid further miss.
Troubleshoot and maintain mechanical equipment like 24 MW Turbine, Generator, ACC, BOP & boiler area.
Budgeting and control of maintenance costs and inventory.
Maintaining and analysing equipment data and historical records to predict maintenance or capital need.
