VMC Setter

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled VMC Setter to join our production team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with CNC/VMC machines (3-axis), the ability to read GD&T-based; drawings, and the know-how to work with milling machines.

Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC/VMC machines (3-axis) for precision machining tasks.
Work independently on 3-axis milling machines and manage tool changes and job settings.
Interpret engineering drawings, including Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T;).
Select appropriate tools, offsets, and cutting parameters based on the material and job.
Follow safety standards and maintain machine cleanliness and documentation.

Requirements:
• ITI or Diploma in Mechanical / Tool & Die
• Must know how to work on CNC/VMC machines.
• Must have experience with 3-axis machines.
• Should be able to read GD&T; drawings.
• Should know how to work on a milling machine.
• Should know how to work on a milling machine.
• Familiarity with Fanuc / Siemens / Mitsubishi controls.
