Designation: Strip Operator
Reporting To: Production Supervisor / Packing Officer

Key Responsibilities
Operate strip packing machines as per SOP, BMR/BPR, and GMP requirements.
Perform machine setup, changeover, and basic adjustments.
Ensure correct product, packing material, batch details, and coding are used.
Monitor sealing, cutting, printing, and overall strip quality.
Maintain production targets while minimizing rejection and material wastage.
Perform line clearance and maintain machine/area cleanliness as per 5S.
Complete production and machine records accurately.
Report machine breakdowns, defects, deviations, or quality issues immediately.
Follow all GMP, safety, hygiene, and company policies.
Work effectively in shifts and maintain discipline and punctuality.

Qualification: 10th/12th/ITI/Diploma preferred.
Experience: 1–3 years in pharmaceutical packing/strip machine operation preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
