Role & responsibilities

The VP Sales & Marketing will be responsible for leading the sales function, driving revenue growth, managing sales teams, achieving business targets, developing sales strategies, enhancing customer relationships, and ensuring successful sales execution across residential and commercial projects. The role requires robust leadership, market intelligence, channel partner management, and expertise in real estate sales.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with the company's business objectives to achieve revenue, market share, and profitability targets across residential, commercial projects.
Drive sales performance by achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual booking targets, maximizing inventory absorption, increasing sales velocity, and ensuring sustainable revenue growth.
Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing sales teams, including Sales Managers, Team Leaders, and Sales Executives, while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
Develop and strengthen relationships with channel partners, brokers, institutional investors, corporate clients,



and strategic alliances to expand market reach and generate current business prospects
Manage presales and PR functions as well.
Organize broker meets and engagement programs.
Ensure exceptional customer experience throughout the sales lifecycle by driving customer acquisition, managing key client relationships, resolving escalations, and promoting repeat and referral business.
Prepare sales budgets, forecasts, business plans, and executive MIS reports. Monitor sales pipelines, conversion ratios, inventory movement, and key performance indicators to support informed business decisions.
Analyze market trends, competition, and customer demand to support sales growth.
Oversee sales operations, forecasting, reporting, and compliance with industry regulations.
Work closely with the Marketing team on: PR, Digital Campaigns, Lead Generation, Brand Promotion, Project Launches, Events, Exhibition, Promotional Activities.
