Multimedia Trainer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Multimedia Trainer to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training in multimedia design, animation, video editing, motion graphics, and related creative technologies. The role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, instructional skills, and a passion for mentoring aspiring creative professionals.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging and industry-relevant training sessions in Multimedia, Graphic Design, Video Editing, Motion Graphics, and Animation.
Train students on industry-standard software, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Blender, and other relevant tools.
Develop lesson plans, course materials, assignments, and practical exercises aligned with learning objectives.
Conduct assessments, evaluate student performance, and provide constructive feedback to support continuous improvement.




Guide students in creating qualified portfolios and real-world projects.
Monitor student attendance, progress, and overall course completion.
Stay updated with emerging industry trends, technologies, and best practices in multimedia and digital design.
Collaborate with the Academic and Placement teams to enhance student learning outcomes and employability.
Maintain accurate training records, assessment reports, and student performance documentation.
Ensure effective utilization and maintenance of multimedia lab resources and equipment.

Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Multimedia, Animation, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
Robust proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and Blender.
Prior teaching, training, or industry experience in multimedia-related fields is preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
